Current responsibilities: Srećko Ćosović is a senior consultant in WTS Porezi i Finansije d.o.o. He is responsible for advising foreign investors in terms of investments, analysis of financial and tax effects of cross border and intercompany transactions, preparation of business plans, valuation of companies, acquiring grant incentives and other favourable state financing sources, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he is also engaged in international taxation consulting and taxation of permanent establishments. He is an author of more articles for renowned internet portals on international taxation, with special emphasis on BEPS regulation.

Education and professional development: Master’s degree in Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, Serbia – Module: Strategic Financial Management. Acquiring professional expertise through active involvement at international tax and finance conferences in world’s leading countries.
