Current responsibilities: In WTS Porezi i Finansije d.o.o., Dušan performs following activities: Tax advisory – participation in Tax Due Diligence projects, tax reviews, preparing expert opinions; Accounting control – review of trial balance after transactions are booked by the accountant; review of financial statements, closing procedures; Transfer pricing – preparation of reports and consulting on intercompany transactions; Accounting/financial consulting – participation in Financial Due diligence projects, preparing financial statements, Notes to financial statements, advising and educating on IFRS

Education and professional development: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, Serbia – Module: Accounting, Auditing and Finance. Acquiring professional expertise through active involvement at international tax and finance conferences in world’s leading countries.
